Assembly
Assembly of multiple components allows Accrotool to keep in step with the trend toward lean manufacturing and its outsourcing requirements. Accrotool customers can outsource the complete manufacturing process, including assembly of components into a finished subassembly, shipped just in time and ready for insertion into the final product. Threaded inserts, studs and standoffs are installed using our two hydraulic Haeger presses. Simple to complex assemblies including the installation of custom gaskets are completed as secondary operations.
